Rockarmor New Zealand – Warranty Policy

At Rockarmor New Zealand, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide warranty coverage for our bullbars and related accessories. 

1. Warranty Coverage 

This warranty applies exclusively to Rockarmor New Zealand products and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. 

  • Warranty Term: 12 months from the original date of purchase. 

  • Coverage: This is a product-only warranty. It applies solely to the Rockarmor product itself and does not extend to any vehicle, third-party components, or consequential damages. 

2. What Is Covered 

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. 

  • Structural integrity of the bullbar under normal operating conditions. 

3. What Is Not Covered 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation. 

  • Modifications or alterations to the product. 

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, chips, or fading. 

  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, road salts, or environmental conditions. 

  • Labor costs, installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product. 

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

4. Warranty Claims Process 

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must: 

  1. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice). 

  1. Submit a written description of the defect along with supporting photos. 

  1. Contact Rockarmor New Zealand at [sales@rockarmornz.co.nz]. 

All claims will be assessed by our team. If the product is deemed defective under the terms of this warranty, Rockarmor New Zealand will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. 

5. Limitations and Exclusions 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not include any other costs or liabilities. 

6. Governing Law 

This warranty is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Your rights under this warranty are in addition to any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
